CapStone prepares deposition summaries for solo practitioners and law firms throughout the United States . CapStone's deposition summaries are unique in that each summary is tailored to meet the specific needs of the attorney and law firm.

The deposition summaries can be prepared in the following formats:

1. Traditional "page, line"
2. A "memorandum", which can serve as a "Reader's Digest" version of the deposition.
3. Summary of only testimony that is relevant to a particular issue
   
   

These summaries can be returned in electronic or hard copy format.
All CapStone transcribers are college graduates. Due to the rigorous two-month training program that all CapStone employees are required to complete, its employees are proficient at transcribing documents particular to certain industries, as set forth below, as well as, every-day documents for all other business needs.

All deposition summaries are prepared by attorneys, all of whom are required to undergo a separate training program focused solely on deposition summaries. The training program requires a minimum of 120 hours of "practice" deposition summaries.
