All CapStone transcribers are skilled at transcribing all legal related documents, ranging from a simple letter, to a complicated motion for summary judgment or appellate brief. Its transcribers have been trained to provide proper citation formats for cases, statutes and treatises.
For attorneys who prefer to dictate all their documents, CapStone will provide a top of the line digital dictaphone, with in-house training on its use and transmission. Because it is as simple as hitting a switch, the training will likely take less than 10 minutes. CapStone will, however, spend as much time as necessary to get the attorneys comfortable with using the digital dictaphone - at no cost.
For attorneys that prefer to handwrite their documents, simply send the handwritten document, either via facsimile or by way of scanning, to CapStone for transcription.

There is no added charge for same day service (8 hour turn around time). In most cases, depending on the size of the document, the transcription can be completed in less than four hours. In addition, because of the number of CapStone employees qualified to perform transcriptions, CapStone can transcribe multiple transcriptions simultaneously.
